As one of the pioneers of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and autism awareness in the Middle East, Nipa needs no introduction.
The first time I met Miss Nipa was way back in the 2017 when I was looking for ABA certifications and she was the only one who was offering a comprehensive training. After the completion of my two levels of trainings with her I started to feel more empowered as a neuro-diverse parent. The knowledge and expertise she shared with me was so practical and useful that it made a huge difference in my thinking and mindset when it came to raising my child.
She is one of first autism advocates I came across after getting an autism diagnosis. She equipped me with the much needed knowledge to move forward and fight for inclusion and acceptance. I have learned so much from her through my trainings at her institute and by collaborating with her.
She is the founder of Applied and Behavior Training Institute Dubai and Autism Support Network, UAE. She is the Regional Associate for Competent Learner Model (CLM) in Middle East and India.
I admire her work ethics and her exceptional contribution towards inclusion. She has done so much for the autistic community.
