Humaira Adnan Agha is a dedicated behavior therapist, neurodiversity advocate, and trainer with a passion for empowering families and professionals. Holding a double degree in Software Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, she combines her strong IT background with extensive expertise in autism and neurodiversity.
Her journey began after her son’s diagnosis, sparking a deep commitment to learning and advocacy. Humaira has completed numerous certifications, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), PECS, visual schedules, Educational Psychology, Special Education, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sensory Integration, and Primitive Reflex Integration. She is also trained in ABA assessment tools like ABLLS-R & AFLS and Behavior Skills Training from Dubai Autism Center.
With over eight years of experience working across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Karachi, Faisalabad, and KPK, she specializes in designing visual schedules, behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and individualized education plans (IEPs). Her work emphasizes neuro-affirming approaches and inclusive strategies to support children with diverse needs.
Humaira’s contributions extend beyond individual therapy; she has collaborated with organizations such as Special Olympics UAE, served as a panelist for the ISPAH Unified Healthcare Awarding Ceremony, and is a sought-after speaker at conferences, seminars, and podcasts. Her advocacy has been featured in numerous UAE and Pakistani publications.
Believing that empowered parents can make a significant difference, Humaira is committed to parent training and professional development. Currently working as a trainer and behavior therapist, her mission is to advocate for the rights of neurodiverse individuals and inspire a compassionate, informed community.
