Humaira Adnan Agha, Founder Resilient Mum
Humaira Adnan Agha holds a double degree in Software Engineering and an MBA in Marketing. A digital marketeer by profession and dawah writer by passion, her journey of neurodiversity began after her son’s diagnosis. And once again the journey of new discoveries and learnings began.  She started with getting basic trainings on PECS and visual schedules,  two certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis from ABTI Dubai, with an additional 40 hours IBT training from Jeffrey and Theresa McDougall Autism Clinic (Oklahoma, USA). 
 Later on Ms. Humaira got certified in Educational Psychology and Special Education, ABA assessment tools ABLLS-R & AFLS and also received Behavior Skills Training from Dubai Autism Center(UAE).  She also holds a diploma in CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) from UK and currently pursuing a certification in Sensory Integration. 
With her strong IT background she is great at designing visual schedules, PECS and functional learning models, her services also include BIPs (behavior intervention plans) and IEPs (individualized education plans). She has been working as an autism and neurodiversity advocate in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Karachi, Faisalabad & KPK for the past 8 years. She has collaborated with Special Olympics UAE for a Healthcare Initiative and served as a panelist for Unified Healthcare Awarding Ceremony. Ms. Humaira has been invited as a guest speaker numerous times in conferences, seminars and podcasts related to neurodiversity and her autism journey has been featured in several UAE and Pakistani publications. 
She believes in parent empowerment and that an involved and empowered parent can make a great difference in a child’s life regardless of the barriers and differences. 
Presently she is working as a trainer and behavior therapist. Her mission is to empower parents and upcoming professionals in their special needs journey and advocating for the rights of neuro-diverse individuals.
